Order Tracking
Topquin Ltd. has the ability to regularly verify the status of any order. This information is also available to our customers online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once an order is entered in our database, Topquin Ltd. regularly updates its status. This tool is very useful to our customers because it provides accurate information about the state of an order. Further, in case a customer has accounts with several factories, this system facilitates their monitoring.
As a result of this system implemented by Topquin Ltd., our customers can be alerted to any problems that stand in risk delivery times.
Surprise factory visit
During the production process, Topquin Ltd. may make surprise visits to the factories, to verify that the order is being processed as requested by our clients. Full inspections are not always warranted, but it is important that the suppliers know that our client (through our inspectors) can be present at any time during the production process.
In our report, we inform the customer:
- The percentage of the production that has been completed;
- If the production is still within the agreed timeframe;
- The results of the quality control of the products; and
- if the packaging has been correctly ensambled.
Our reports are ready and delivered to the clients within 24 hours of the day of the inspection.
